Liver detox is nothing but cleansing of the liver by intake of nutritious foods and abstaining from taking the harmful foods.
Liver and its functions
Liver is a cone shaped filtrating organ in the body. It is located on the upper right side of the abdomen, inside the ribs. The main function of liver is to excrete bile for the body. Bile is required to help digestion and remove the unwanted chemicals from the blood. Bile is required also for digesting fats. Liver is famous for its regenerating capacity.

These organs should be well equipped with to face the pressure put by liver on its cleansing. The unwanted chemicals released by liver had to be filtered and removed from the body through urine by the Kidney. While the process of Liver cleansing is going on you have to take large quantity of pure water so as to get rid of toxins and chemicals from the body through the urine.

As far as the natural liver detoxifying is concerned, you have to manage the foods and drinks you takes daily. You should not consume processed and preserved foods. You can eat more fresh fish, brown rice and raw whole foods as well as fruits. You can include fresh leafy vegetables, fibrous vegetables such as beans, carrots and beetroots etc. in the diet.
